When you sign in with Facebook (or other providers), we collect only the minimum required information to create your account:

  • Name: To display on your profile and workspace.
  • Profile Picture: To use as your avatar within the app.

We use this information solely to:

  • Authenticate you and secure your account.
  • Personalize your experience (e.g., welcoming you by name).
  • Enable collaboration features within the app.

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Deletion Instructions

According to Facebook Platform rules and standard privacy practices, you have the right to request the deletion of your user data.

How to request removal:

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to our support team at support@mydevlist.com.
  2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
  3. Please send the email from the address associated with your My Dev List account so we can verify ownership.

We will process your request within 7 business days and permanently remove your account, tasks, and personal information from our servers. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
